• Our trailers can be parked in dry sites or hookup sites. ​

• At a dry/tent site, this trailer uses solar powered electricity for the lights, fridge, and heater and has USB outlets that can support smaller devices such as computers, tablets, and phones.  Water use (especially showers) will be limited at campsites that do not have a hook-up. Campground showers are available at all CA State Park campgrounds.

• All  trailers come with bedding, cookware and serving ware, beach towels, bath towels, soap, and shampoo/conditioner.​​​

• Our rental prices include delivery, cleaning, and your overnight trailer rental fee. 

• All of our trailers are under 30 feet  -> Our Airstream and Spartan Mini Mansion are between 27-30' so will not fit at sites with a maximum of 25 feet.

If you cancel 45 days or more from your reservation date, then you will forfeit your booking fee plus 50% of your reservation fee. There is NO REFUND for cancellations made less than 45 days from the date of your reservation. You may transfer your reservation to another person if you are unable to fulfill your reservation.
